The Church will be in town on Saturday night at The Winchester for the Cleveland stop of their 30th anniversary acoustic tour. We’re stoked, and you already know this. Here’s something you might not have seen yet – our pals at Slicing Up Eyeballs spent some time conversing with author Robert Lurie, the man behind No Certainty Attached: Steve Kilbey and The Church, about the book and a number of Church-related subjects.
After reading the Q&A with Lurie, I’ve added his book to my ever-growing list of books to read, and if you’re a Church fan without this book (which came out last year), you’ll probably want to add it to yours as well!
Tickets for Saturday night’s show at The Winchester are $35, and your ticket purchase price includes a free copy of the Deadman’s Hand EP, the third EP from the Untitled #23 album. The band will choose one song from each one of their albums and perform them in reverse chronological order. You can order tickets for the show via phone at (216) 226-5681 or purchase them in person at The Winchester.
We’ll see ya out there….what a fantastic way to wrap up Record Store Day!
