After The Love Is Gone. You probably know it best as an Earth, Wind, & Fire song.

Solo artist and longtime Chicago member (and let’s not forget Sons of Champlin too!) Bill Champlin co-wrote it, one of many great songs that he has gotten his hands into over the years.

Bill’s got a new solo disc that hopefully will be in our hands this year. For now, check out two different live performances of After The Love Is Gone. The first one, is the only known recorded performance featuring all 3 songwriters – Bill, David Foster, and Jay Graydon. The second one, was recorded with Earth, Wind, & Fire on their co-headlining tour with Chicago, a few years back, and you can actually get it on the official DVD. Highly recommended.
