The 12 Boots of Christmas – The Inevitability of Lingerie

Santa in Sweden for the holidays just seemed right so the next installment of the 12 Boots of Christmas comes to us from snowy Stockholm.
The Tragically Hip, Canadian rockers extraordinaire, bring their distinctive musical stylings to a club known as Gino on December 7, 1994.

The band is in the midst of an international tour in support of their fourth full-length release, Day for Night, a standout in their deep catalog.
Beginning with a blistering take on the title track from their previous record Fully Completely, the band tears it up for 63 minutes with the spotlight directly on the new album.
Eight of the thirteen songs are from Day for Night, including a wicked triple-play of “Nautical Disaster," “Fire in the Hole,” and "Thugs."

Sam the ATV Sound Engineer is a Hipster from the late 80s who gives this show two prairie-sized thumbs up.
In Sam’s words, “It’s a crisp, clean, crunchy Christmas classic from our Canadian comrades!”

Enjoy tonight’s show closer from Gino. It's one of my favorites and Santa’s as well, a classic tune which reminds us all to eat that chicken slow.
