3-11 Day always makes me smile….
It’s been a few years since I’ve seen the mighty 311 in concert. Hopefully I’ll get a chance to change that soon!

3-11 DAY (3/11) is a day of celebration & mutual-appreciation for the band & their fans! Since the special 3-11 Day Concert is traditionally held every other year, there is no show planned for 2009. But the celebration continues!…

Here’s one of my favorite 311 shows from 1994.
oh 3-11 day!!! This is also the day of birth for me mom. When I was younger and sported a 311 shirt she would get excited each time and remind me it was her birthday. I am not sure if she was testing my memory or just that excited about it.
You could have seen 311 a couple years back with me but it was threatening to rain and if I remember it poured all the way home on that terrible drive home. Oh wait, you slept like a baby in the back seat. It must be so good to be you. ha.
I interviewed their drummer, Chad once for Modern Drummer and he was really nice.
It’s perfect time to make some plans for the
future and it is time to be happy. I’ve read this post and if I
